Our customers are the persons who will evaluate our product and services at the end-point. The best way to achieve and secure our costumers’ loyalty and to get market share is to focus clearly on our existing and potential costumers’ requirements, measurement of customer satisfaction and continuous enhancement of satisfaction.   

2.     MAINTAIN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT;

Continuous improvement is our permanent target by setting our quantifiable quality targets based on continuous improvement.

OUR POLICY OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

SİMGE-MAT A.Ş. accepts human as the most valuable asset in all activities, adopt minimizing all kind of possible loss as its primary business purpose by creating safer and healthier working place .Improving health status of employee in SİMGE-MAT A.Ş. is considered as a requirement of productivity of work System is periodically reviewed by applying management system of occupational health and safety and provided continuous improvement by monitoring the performance.

For this purpose, our fundamental principles are;

  • To obey all local regulations, law and standards related to Occupational Health and Safety.
  • To take protective precautions at project designing stage of new projects and processes by evaluating vocational diseases and all risks in the fields of O.H.S.
  • Aim for zero occupational accidents and vocational diseases, removing source of dangers with participation of all employee.  
  • Evolving a system to minimize our loss in case of any possible accident or emergency during our operations.
  • To train our employee and sub-contractors in the fields of Occupational Health and Safety for continuous improvement and encourage them to be healthy and keep fit.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

As SİMGE-MAT A.Ş. we aim to keep under control possible adverse impacts to the environment of our aggregate and bitumen hot mixture and applications at stone quarries by constituted environment management system.

For this purpose, our fundamental principles are;

  • To minimize possible adverse impacts to environment and prevent pollution
  • To provide efficient usage of  energy and natural resources
  • To minimize scraps and wastes and to reappraisal, if possible.
  • To raise awareness of our employee and sub-contractors in the field of environment
  • To take precautions where it’s necessary to prevent possible damage to the environment and to be prepared for emergency cases.
  • To obey and follow-up current legislative regulations and conditions.
  • Continuous improvement in working place and  ambient conditions.
